PEMATUHAN MELETAK KENDERAAN / PENGUATKUASAAN UNDANG - UNDANG

• Pengguna aplikasi pintar Park@Perak adalah tertakluk kepada peruntukan di bawah Perintah Pengangkutan Jalan (Peruntukan Tempat Letak Kereta) dan segala pindaan yang dibuat dibawahnya.
• Penggunaan aplikasi pintar ini adalah tertakluk kepada tarikh dan masa seperti dipaparan aplikasi pintar Park@Perak.
• Pengguna perlu mematuhi tempoh operasi bagi tempat letak kereta di kawasan pentadbiran PBT (Majlis) yang berkenaan.
• Hanya dibenarkan meletak kenderaan di petak - petak tempat letak kereta berkupon sahaja.
• Pembelian menerusi tambah nilai aplikasi pintar Park@Perak tidak mempunyai tarikh luput.
• Kegagalan dan kelewatan untuk menambah nilai boleh menyebabkan pemilik kenderaan dikompaun oleh Penguatkuasa Majlis yang berkenaan.
• Pihak Majlis tidak akan menerima sebarang rayuan berkenaan kompaun ini.

RESIT

• Pihak Majlis akan mengeluarkan resit tambah nilai kepada pengguna menerusi emel.

TUNTUTAN / RAYUAN

• Baki lebihan bagi masa dan wang daripada penggunaan parkir menerusi aplikasi pintar Park@Perak tidak akan dipulangkan atau dikreditkan kepada pengguna aplikasi pintar Park@Perak.
• Sekiranya terdapat sebarang permohonan bayaran balik baki kredit yang tidak digunakan disebabkan alasan yang munasabah, permohonan berkenaan boleh dikemukakan kepada Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh di alamat emel parkperak@mbi.gov.my untuk pertimbangan pihak pengurusan.

PENAFIAN

• Pihak Majlis tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kerugian / kehilangan kredit di dalam akaun Aplikasi Pintar PARK@PERAK sekiranya pengguna memilih untuk mengakifkan tetapan log masuk secara automatik di dalam Aplikasi Pintar PARK@PERAK.

COMPLIANCE WITH CAR PARKING / LEGAL ENFORCEMENT

• The users of Park@Perak Smart App are subject to the provisions under the Road Transport (Provision of Parking Places) Order and any amendments made under it.
• Any transactions via this smart app are subject to the date and time as shown in the Park@Perak Smart App.
• The users must comply with the operating period for the car park as stipulated by respective Local Councils areas.
• Applicable only within the designated coupon parking place.
• All prepaid credit reloaded through the Park@Perak Smart App has no expiry date.
• Any failure or delay to pay the parking charges may result being compounded by the relevant Local Councils.
• The respective Local Councils will not accept any appeal against this compound.

RECEIPT

• The receipt for any purchase of credit will be issued via registered email.

CLAIMS / APPEALS

• Park@Perak Smart App users will not be refunded or credited for the excess balance of time and credit unused.
• If there is any request for refund of the unused credit balance due to reasonable grounds, application may be submitted to the Ipoh City Council at the email address : parkperak@mbi.gov.my for further consideration.

DISCLAIMER

• The Local Councils will not be liable for any loss of credit in the accounts of PARK@PERAK Smart App if the users choose to activate the automatic log on settings in the PARK@PERAK Smart App.
